Ms. Ballard is a partner in the firm’s family law and litigation section. Ms. Ballard works on a wide variety of family law matters, including child custody, divorce, property settlement, alimony, prenuptial agreements, guardianship, decree modification, child support and all other matters in the family law arena.  Ms. Ballard also works in the area of civil litigation and has extensive experience in child custody litigation.
